RESERVATION CLAUSE: Deposits are non-refundable. We reserve the right to charge the deposit of 20% and/or equivalent of 1 night's accommodation on cancellations received less than 48hrs prior to date of arrival, or if rooms are used but you decide not to stay overnight. In the event of a "NO SHOW", the full outstanding balance.
